Good company. Good pay. Weekends off. Overtime pay. Payed holidays and even payed sick leave. It has its ups and downs.

Pros

This is a really good company.

Cons

Sometimes the micro management is enough to drive you crazy.

They run older equipment and are quite proud of it. I'm home every night. All loads are hazmat (compressed gas cylinders and bulk trailers of compressed gas), some of it little more than a rolling bomb - pay is hourly. I load and unload with a forklift throughout the day. I usually put less than 1500 mi. on the truck weekly.

Pros

Home every night.

Cons

A lot of loading/unloading. Complicated load securement.
