What I like about Ats is that they pay for the trailer service and maintenance, never late with any checks, I always get my load before I am empty. They are very professional and owner operator friendly. Finally I feel like somebody and I am appreciated. The owners specially Steve is very communicative, upfront and honest. I am glad I choose them.

Pros

professional, steady loads, overall good fit for me

Cons

In 4 months so far I have no issues with them.

Brand new trailer, PSI system, flexible and friendly dispatchers. Getting paid every friday, have not been lied to yet... when I do, I'll scream.

Pros

consistency, good trailers, loads are planned ahead, they use KeepTruckin

Cons

none that I could think of. You gotta stay about 10 days out, if you can count that (I've been OTR for the last 13 years)

No cheap freight from this company. Which keep driver's happy!!! Enabling drivers to earn a good checks to take home, also enabling owner operators to pay drivers and still make a profit plus money for maintenance if allocated properly.

Pros

Top pay and driver decide hometime

Cons

No cons stand behind what promises they make

I take every other weekend off and the weekends in between they run me tru the house with a load on. Trailers are new, don't really have any issues with roadside inspections. I usually book my own loads when I leave out and my dispatcher loads me to return back. I usually run from Indy east or south-east and back, 2 times a week. Short runs, good money. Been here for 4 months, nothing serious to complain about yet. I'll see what happens once they start growing...

Pros

getting home weekly with a load on; new trailer; company let's me book my own freight; I can take as much time off as I want

Cons

no fuel card discounts

Easy going company; started with a rented trailer, they gave me a 2017 van. I decided to finally buy my own, trailer payment costs me less than rental cost. When I got my truck, I needed plates, they got them for me and put me on the road in about 3 days. Started with plates, trailer, fuel card and bobtail insurance from them. When plates expired, I got my own. Then I got my own trailer, now I am working on getting my own fuel card with nice discounts. Company is pretty flexible about these. However, I had no dedicated runs with these guys. Not sure if they have any. They also work only with owner operators; however could not get my brother to drive with me because he does not have 2 years experience.

Pros

quick setup, plates, new trailers, flexibility,

Cons

no dedicated runs. could use regular schedule/runs; 2 years experience minimum!
