Former Employee

They had me sign a lease purchase contract and assigned me a 2013 Kentworth t680 that was in the mechanic shop for repairs. When I went to pick it up a week later, the broke down before I could get back to the yard.
For weeks it was in and out of the shop, and they wanted me to pay for repairs. I refused because the problem was preexisting.
The last time the truck went into the shop for overheating, I was told it would be a couple of day, but when I went to pick it up from the dealer in Houston Tx, they told me Beemac picked it up and took it to Ambridge Pennsylvania. All on my things, including my wallet, with the rest of my personal things were taken. They never told me they were picking it up or to get my things out of the truck.
I couldn’t ever talk to anybody in cooperate. There is limited info on the web and it’s set up to where, When ever you call corporate, it goes back to the same person.
If you ask for a number or email for the operating manager or someone in charge; before you can say anything else, the answer is always, “I’ll transfer you”, and then.....click!!!
Back to the automated answering service.
So there is no way to get to Human Resources. So I started emailing the president on the company on three different emails that I found on his company profile. He never responded. He did have some one call me and ask me what was going on, and he said they were trying to get to the bottom of it. But now, I can’t get anyone to answer or return my call.
Then one day I got an email from the guy name Richie, here is pasted copy of what he said.

Hi Terrance
I request that you not contact Beemac and any of our employees again.
This will be the last response you will receive from us on this correspondence and any future correspondence.
Thank you.
These people are unethical and unfair. The don’t have respect for the drivers here.
