Good local job that doesn't have much benefits, pay is low, no way to advance, no respect for seniority, owners are nice guys

Really low pay scale, if you don't get your 40 hours per week which is most of the time they pay you for 40 anyways. At least you'll have plenty of time at home to look for a new job. Benefits are weak, basic medical, no dental, vision or 401k, why would you waste your time on these bottom feeders.

Laid back . great small family business. Home time is plentiful.. Two. week paid vacation no matter if you have worked here 15 years. No dental ins. or vision.
