Drivers are typically out 2-3 weeks home for a couple of days and then back at it. Normally gross about 4500-10,000 a week then get 75% of that, bring home is depending on your bills. Paid weekly direct deposit.

I'm an owner-operator, came here 6 years ago with an old truck, they helped me with repairs and selling the truck for $15k,I got into the lease program and got the title to the truck last year $35k value. the owner is a former otr truck driver, he knows what it takes to be successful in this tough business, i listened and learned a lot from him. i am still here doing good, most drivers have no skills, knowledge, and experience in running a truck, if they don't have the experience, they need to listen and learn or just stay company driver.,stop bitchin and crying, take responsibility and do your job.

Pros

honest, respectful, open to listening to drivers

Cons

not many, its trucking, freight rates are low now,

Lies. Averaged 902.00 net a week. They keep telling me market is bad. Want you to run on PC for picking and delivering loads. I have proof on that in a text message from my fleet messenger. Do not go here for a lease. They have there favorite drivers already. CSA score is really bad. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO THERE.

Cons

They will lie to you on runs and how much you can make.
