I’ve been with Carvana for a year now. Overall, experience has been good. Steady flow of work. Training is one week at your nearest inspection center. Usually out of state. Duties are relatively easy. Days could be DOT maximum

Home daily. Great pay and extra pay options. New equipment. Some traveling if you choose
Cons
Still growing, a lot of changes in policies and expectations. Some routes is HOT SEATING Many new drivers into hauling, so you have to be cautious with loads. If hot seating.
