Great company the dispatchers are great they will do anything to help you out if you ask office staff is wonderful along with the shop. No forced dispatch you set you own schedule the money is good not the top of the line but good enough I usually run five days a week bring home around 1000 plus set my own home time no we’re else can you do that benefit pkg. is good . To some things up I am happy and very pleased they have done everything they said they would and that goes along way in the trucking business.

Your work load depends on you. You are given options of how often you run and it's up to you to let your dispatch know what your intentions are and how often. Very few companies can guarantee that you make it in every weekend on time because shipping and receiving companies have issues just like everyone else.

Pros

Friendly, helpful attitudes. Can take time off to see the grandkids and not have to worry that I took to much time off will still have my job.

Cons

Dispatchers need to learn that when a truck is governed at 63 to65 you cant hit that average and need better training with what to expect with their loads and brokers.

I work here now and really love it. I go east and deliver. I work 4 days a week and gross 1500.00 weekly. I am home weekly and love my job.

Work for CTI over 6 years. Last two years company has gone down. Can't keep you busy, changed vacation time years worked 2 if you run so many miles per year. Lowest paid drivers around. Never a steady paycheck.
