Drivers can make very good money here 1200-1800 per week depending on how you like to run, mostly haul dry van auto parts or agricultural, do have reefer division as well. Lots of local work In Texas, best If you live In Dallas San Antonio Laredo anywhere on that I-35 corridor you can be home almost everyday. All dispatch and load planners are In Canada where Company Is Headquartered. Overall a decent Company pretty flexible on your home time but like every Company they have truck payments to make so If the truck isn’t rolling no one Is making money. The biggest downfall here Is communication with Dispatch is poor and you aren’t assigned 1 dispatcher, you have to deal with several it’s very annoying and unorganized

Pros

New trucks & trailers, dedicated Customers, long runs or short whatever you prefer, choose where you go, Texas dedicated Laredo to Dallas, good miles they don’t want you running less than 3000 miles per Week, Mega Terminal In Laredo same exit as TA/Flying J automatic drive thru truck wash

Cons

Forced to fuel at designated Loves very limited, can’t fuel at any Loves when you want to. Company Is ran by Middle Eastern, hard to communicate and understand their language. Dispatchers will keep calling you to ask you same questions over and over again like what’s your eta after you have already told another dispatcher, NO MEDICAL BENEFITS OR PAY BONUSES AT ALL,

Very professional, Daisy from HR is very knowledgeable and helped me get going quickly. Charger provides good work and flexibility for all drivers. Although, this place is definitely for those who have at least some experience in trucking. They provide all the tools to get you going quickly so that you can show your skills as professional a driver. while you are on the road the team backs you up for any issue related to load, equipment, emergency, etc, you are covered, your safety is a priority at Charger Logistics. The training may be aggressive which will help you get going quickly but it really helps to have good understanding of the company working environment and expectations. Your hard work always pays off.

Pros

-good pay -stress free environment -fun and easy work -excellent scheduling -brand new trucks and trailers -good work location

Cons

-charger does not provide benefits

The best part about driving with Charger is you get to drive all new equipment’s. No truck is older than 2017, with all systems properly updated for easy communication. I do short hauls for them but never ever I faced any issue about the wait, miscommunication etc. The dispatch team try their best to properly and clearly communicate with me.

Pros

Pay is competitive as per the market. They have a driver’s lounge where we can come and rest, have snacks after our trips.

Cons

During peak season the work load can be stressful but I believe that’s just how the industry is.

Good company to work for. I have been working with the for 2 years now and have never face shortage of work. There is definite earnings . Equipments is well maintenanced and most of trucks are new. They conduct a proper driver orientation (mainly safety regulations ) and you get a complimentary lunch during the orientation.

Pros

Definite earnings, well maintained equipment and driver lounges . Open door policy to talk to management.

Cons

Pay package could be increased a little
