They will never let you sit,free XM radio,everyone from the President down is willing to help you,trucks are superb,seeing one of their trucks in the shop is odd because they are so well maintained

Love the small company feel. Decent miles, decent equipment. New GM is trying to improve culture for drivers. I think good things are on the horizon for Chief

Pros

Private carrier, move our own freight. 70 mph trucks and practical miles. New terminal is nice!!

Cons

Pay is decent but of course could always use more.
