Will give you a 3hr run at the 9th hour Guys with floor heat and ac go home before anyone else.. No overtime. No bereavement pay for drivers. 1/3rd of rigs trashed cabs. Management does not care about the condition of the tractors. As long as they pass DOT regulations (minimum) they don't care as long as they sit in their heated/ac offices and go home by the end of the shifts.
