4-6 days average trips. Team driving mostly west coast. 2 days home. Decent insurance and excellent office personnel. Excellent company especially if you're just starting your career.

Pros

Great equipment. They know your name. They will work with you and do what they can to accommodate your needs.

Cons

Most return loads are produce. Coolers can be very long waits. Not Cooke's fault but it is an issue.

Find a different company!! Do not start your trucking career here. You make horrible money and they screw you out of money. The only people that are here are people that do not care or foreigners. Not the best company to work for. The equipment seems well kept however the people like to be shady. The training needs a lot of work. If you decide to go with this company MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TRAINING BEFORE HAND. You are treated like a log book. All you do is drive. When it comes down to try backing up forget it.

Pros

Trucks.

Cons

Trainers Managers Dispatch Foreigners Training Everything except the trucks.
