The people that I answered to on a daily basis were wonderful. It’s the owner that chose to steal from me because a deer ran out from the side of the road and hit the fuel tank faring causing damage to the fairing. This was not an act of carelessness or anything that could have been avoided. But the owner withheld money from me to pay the deductible. I consider this to be nothing less then stealing. I can’t recommend anyone work there because something like this could happen to you. How can you take that chance how can you afford this. It may not be an animal it could be a hit and run while you’re inside a truck stop and you will be held responsible.

Very good company. I've been here almost 3 years and had very few issues. Always find loads. The dispatchers are A+. You go home when you want. Accounting is awesome, I think in 3 years there's been maybe 2 mistakes, which were corrected immediately and the pay is never late. The owner is always available and approachable, which is a huge plus

Me driving for this company 3 years now and I like it very much. They are good people and treat me very well. They know my family and I know they are my friends and always keep taking care of me and my family. I go home when I ask but more money made when I drive longer. Paycheck is Friday and goes right in the bank. Loads are good and good miles, I like the people I work with and I am happy here. Good company.

I started out as a company driver with Dolche in 2016 and have since purchased two trucks and I am earning a very good living for myself and my family all because of this company. The owner is an amazing lady that always goes the extra mile to help when I am in a pickle with repairs and tight on money, she is someone I can trust and know I can count on. The office staff is very easy to talk to and polite, even when I missed to send something in. Dispatch is great, I have a good choice of freight that always pays just a nitch over market value and this is comforting to know that even in a bad market, they try to book me on the best possible load. Overall, I must say that this is by far the best company I have worked with.

I'm owner operator currently rebuilding engine on my truck, so i'm driving as company driver now. Brand new Volvos VNL 760, newer dry van and reefer trailers. I do a lot of hazmat loads. For these two months i'm in a company truck i averaged 3000/3300 mi weekly except when i took four days off. You stay three weeks over the road then you can go home. Company is good, no micromanagement, staff is nice and helpful, my dispatcher is great. No forced dispatch. As far as i know they are very fast in taking drivers back on the road if truck is broken. I'm with them since february 2017, no issues so far. As a company driver I get safety bonuses for clear inspections, detention pay, extra stop pay. As an owner i get 88% of the load rate, fuel discount.
