1099 company drivers. $150.00. Deducted out of pay check(per BOL) for security deposite to drive their trucks as a company driver. $38.00 deducted for injury insurance. Misc. other deductions from pay that is not stated per their contract as independent contractor. This company promises you $1,200.00 weekly pay, by the time all the deductions are taken, $800.00 is what you're left with. CVSA score is 9 with their SKD,Altex, and DVL branches. Only 5 out of 350 drivers are happy ,and think this is a great company to pay to work for. The 5 are as you guessed it ,all from Ukrain. You will have load brokers calling you on your phone wanting updates on ETA of loads. You'll have company dispatchers ,which are based in Ukraine, call you from Google voice phone app. to ask about update on load. Company dispatchers have zero idea about this industry, except what their computer tells them. You'll get repeatedly ask to download up to 4-5 load tracking apps on your phone. Same apps as on the android tablet they have you use for ELD via. ELD mandate app. You'll be pushed to deliver loads under personal conveyance if no more time is left on clock. Let alone expect you to speed like a demon! No q-comm system, all communication and dispatching is done via text message. No GPS navigation system , you are to provide your own (fair enough) Want to quit and turn the truck back in? You'll be charged for fuel to do that. Dont walk away from this company, run away fast! They have brought their social-marxism ideas over and put it into a trucking company, and expect you to abide in their heavy handed ideals and "contracts". In 4 weeks Ive seen new hires (total of 7) walk out with in two hours of being there for orientation. The claims of punishing and blaming drivers via contract they tell me is spot on. The IRS needs to investigation this company. IM sure they'll find a lot of interesting thangs..

Pros

Newer trucks in the fleet, trailers are newer.

Cons

They are giving CRST competition for crap company award, need I say more?
