Eagle Systems

I never see anything posted on here so I thought I'd put something here. I was running for Sygma but things really started going down hill. A buddy of mine left Sygma to go drive for an O/O at Eagle Systems. Told me about it and I made the switch. Wow, what a great decision. I love it. It's been about two months and I have absolutely no complaints at all. Eagle has 17 terminals across the country. Here we pull 53' rail containers out of the Harrisburg,Pa rail yards and mostly within 150 or so miles of Harrisburg. I am home every night with no weekends unless I choose too. And the funny thing is that my Sygma friends said I'd never make the same money. Really???? My paycheck last week was higher than any I had at Sygma and I slept in my own bed every night. I may have to take out my own taxes and pay for my own insurance but I'll gladly do that. Like to hear if anyone else has any experiences with Eagle.

since left Eagle for a job where plant is only 1 mile from my home but still get to keep the truck at home. Eagle is ok if you are looking to make good money but I wouldn't call it a long term fix unless you own your truck. I ran for an O/O and made good money. Some weeks were slow but for the most part you can make $1000+ running for an O/O or alot more if you have your own truck. Will say they don't give a darn about HOS when it comes to you logging. More than once I heard "don't care about hours of service, just get it done". Now this was the Harrisburg Eagle terminal not Philly so could be different. If I had my own truck I may have stayed with them. I know some multi truck owners there that are making very, very good money. Good luck

I wouldn't work for this company. I worked over my 7pm hours to make a total of $2,230.00 for the week. They also have a huge billboard on the interstate, and a sign on their fence that says sign on bonus. I asked, and they said they were too lazy to take the sign down infront of their yard. They'll pay you $200 for a 200 mile run. It's brutal.
