Home time is up to the driver. My husband chooses to stay out 4 weeks at a time. The pay is good and the miles are there, if you want them. My husband chooses to drive between 2500 and 3000. Safety is number one with this company. It's like working with family.

They keep you running and have 2019 or newer equipment. I have been knowing the Beech family for almost 3 years and they are very good at what they do! They treat you like family.! Very awesome company to run for!

My wife and I have been team drivers for over 15 years we’ve been driving for Mr. Harvey Beech for three years best boss We’ve ever worked for in the trucking industry. We always said that if we could find a small company that we were treated like human beings instead of steering wheel holders we would go there in a heartbeat and just by pure luck we happened upon EOS and Harvey Beech greatest move ever. we’ve always had good luck with all the equipment and trucks that we’ve had , the problems that we have had with trailers is always been because of garbage the other driver has left behind because he didn’t properly take care of the trailer and have it serviced or tire repair done or whatever the trailer needed even a simple sweep out would be nice but sometimes other drivers just don’t care this is a company that you get out of it what you put in it we put in it like we owned the truck we live in in like we own the company ourselves and we get back out of it plenty. We worked for The mega carriers and worked hard and gave it our best and was never appreciated not even a thank you since we’ve been with Harvey Beech we get good job guys thank you for all your hard work , we are appreciated here and treated as such .Awsome Dispatch, payroll, and all the EOS staff ,we have nothing but 100% five star reviews for them they’ve always been good to us. Looking forward to driving for Harvey till we retire.

Great company to work for your a person and not a number excellent home time I've been here since the beginning you have your ups and downs but that's anywhere u go

Averaged 1900 miles per week, trunk had a lot of issues. The only thing that they would fix is what the dot flagged. They treat you like a o/o but def. don’t pay you like it. I left the company after they tried to get me to run illegal and pick up a load at 10pm when my 14 was over at 7pm. Now that I have quit the company they put two different reports on my dac. With a few negative remarks on me. So I’m glad I saved everything that was ever sent to me!!!!!!
