I worked there for 4 months,I done otr and wood chips, made no money, worked my butt off just to be deeper in debt, the equipment is ragidy, they don't care about there drivers, will leave them layed over for 2days and not pay them for layover, I'll never recommend them for anything

I was with Fleetwood for almost a year. Started off in Vans which W. Monroe, LA is now dealing with all Company and O/O in that division and Diboll National Board "WAS" strictly dealing with flatbed operations. Unless they have made some significant changes, don't expect to stay married with these guys too long. DO NOT let them talk you into going in any of these Divisions out of Diboll, if you are pulling wood chips, HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT you will make more money versus pulling their trailers. 

Not saying any names but this gentleman that works in operations will sell you empty promises, and make a nightmare seem nice and pretty. If I would have saw this post earlier as well, I would have made other suggestions too but if you are already leased on with them, get ready to tell a few folks off. If you make it and plan on stay, GET YOUR OWN TRAILER!!
