Overall I think they are ok, the downfall is miles, in my view there is just not enough. Average of 350 miles a day is just lacking. Otherwise I have no complaints. I will give it 6 months as required to not get charged for hotel, car rental and so on, but if the miles increase to 2800+ a week then I would have no reason to leave. Recently had a 8 day breakdown in Florida, they were top notch on Hotel and compensation. Just need more miles and a better rate per mile.FOR ANOTHER DRIVER YOU MAYHAVE BETTER LUCK, IN SPEAKING TO 7 OTHER DRIVERS I'M TOLD THEY AS COMPANY DRIVERS HAVE MADE $50K+, SO I THINK IT'S WORTH GIVING THEM A SHOT.

Pros

Equipment is good, I think management is trying to get me miles but some freaky circumstances have displaced those occasions.

Cons

Per mile rate is about 3 to 5 cpm below what I should get, per week miles need to increase.

This is a good company to be a lease operator at . They have some really good accounts set up.

Pros

Good freight lanes. Dispatch does care.

Cons

A little better communication.

Ok company for company drivers. Dispatch is limited to company drivers first or if the revenue is limited then lease or owner operators next
