So I give them a notice, I’m leaving due to health reasons. I drive their truck back to them 1250 miles on my dime. They keep my last check and my retainage and leave me stranded. That’s what you get for having integrity.

Pros

Nice equipment

Cons

Will rob your money when you leave Will make up false receipt of r money owed to them Never paid retention time Truck lease over price No home time

these guys are really good at telling lies and not living up to the hype they put out. They do mostly midwest loads and short runs of about 500 miles..they have no direct customers like they claim..they have accounts from Werner and Schnieder that those guys didn't want because they are crap. expetc only 2500 miles a week max and dont count on making any bonus money that they say is so easy to get. they dont tell you that if someone else doesn't do their job and you sit over a weekend you might get a layover day but will lose 2 weeks of bonus..no $1000 guarantee either...the trucks are newer but slow as Prime and they cut HP down too..weak AF..maybe 300 hp...maybe..be prepared to be annoyed at lane departure warnings that mute the radio and side radar warning that startles you if you want to move right one lane but theres a car 3 lanes over..or a guardrail. the dispatchers are horrible and no not 24/7..most of them are actually in Lithuania and really suck at the job, plus they all share a phone so if leave a message you probably wont get a call back..they prefer you to download a text msg app so they can send you texts to read while you drive...the multi million dollar TMS they developed was a waste of money and usually they give a driver incorrect load info and zero additional information that is usually given at other places ..communication sucks there.. they say they are redefining the industry but they are just changing the definitions..

Pros

basketball court for the office staff and port a potty outside the terminal for the drivers the claim to respect so much pretty girls in the office large fridge in truck

Cons

the whole management team are con men low miles unfulfilled promises lies upon lies won't get you home when requested. slow underpowered trucks. Lithuanian dispatchers. Garbage loads short loads with multiple stops .mostly upper midwest

Amazing place to cal work if your OK with OTR. Nice equipment, cool new terminal, good miles and VERY good pay. Just passed my year with them and no complaints.

Pros

Equipment, miles, pay, dedicated, no bs

Cons

If you are not ready for OTR like being out for 2 weeks or 3 weeks this might not be for u.

Good place to work so far - been here bout 6 months. Experienced dispatch guys here and nice trucks, so far good money and hometine same as was promised on my first day. Be ready to be out for 2-3 weeks this is over the road not local, but they pay u good for it.

Pros

If your looking for a good otr comp that runs dry van with a lot of dedicated customers, gp is probably a good fit for u.

Cons

otr means youl be out for 2-3 weeks at a time so if you want local this is not for u

Great company. Do not believe that upset people with the lower stars - this company is selective and ask their drifts to be professional; those who can’t do that end up quitting and being upset. Great miles - I’ve been getting about 3000 nearly every week. Got a brand new Cascadia in their light blue color. Good dispatcher. Home every 3 weeks (this is OTR after all). No fees for anything (besides personal speeding tickets, which you’d put the state, not the company). Don’t listen to the small number of bitter drivers - can’t make every single person happy.

Pros

Pay, equipment, miles, treated with respect, new terminal, office staff are great.

Cons

This is OTR so you’d stay out for 2-3 weeks with one day home for one week away.
