I've been here since 2015, when the "New Management" happened. It's not a perfect company, but the equipment & miles are great, and I usually know where I am going next before I get there. I am confused about the last review - new management happened almost 6 years ago? I would tell anyone thinking about coming here that I haven't been yelled at or intimidated by a dispatcher/safety. If anyone talked to me like that, Brent , Linda or Jerrod or Jozalinn would know about it right away. I think the reviewer might be being honest, I'm just guessing that the review is based on their experience back before 2015. I think any drivers working here could tell you that there isn't a lot of yelling happening, its a pretty laid back place. I do wish I could get home more often, but I'm either too busy or the part where I live in BFE and there isn't a lot of freight going to where I live.

Beware companies who have mini one star and five star reviews. You can bet the one stars or Drivers and the five stars our managers owners and their secretaries. Omaha hovers over driver reviews so they can call drivers lawyers and rebuke them. The worst companies do this because they know that most drivers but it works for them will write bad reviews or a bad company. Good companies will read the reviews and try to improve. Bad companies will read the reviews and intimidate ,insult, and threaten Drivers. They tell Drivers there’s a new management but there’s always people left that yell and scream at Drivers and or abusive. This company is a major standard for companies to avoid.

Pros

They do pay once a week. When you quit they may give you a paycheck for at least some of the time you worked

Beware of companies that insult drivers and intimidate them.

Your average meat hauler lack of respect for the bottom 75% of drivers. One of the worst companies I've worked for in 26 years

Unless you live around Omaha or on a main route for them. Good Luck getting home. Have little contract freight mostly broker loads. One dispatcher likes to make up stories. Beware

Great place to work, but hard to work here, they expect a great deal, i.e., be on time, take care of equipment, don't look like a bum, and communication. I've been here almost 9 yrs n this will be my.last place of employment. When i leave here it's to retire.

Pros

Great wages and benefits, newer equipment, good lanes, plenty of miles. NO FORCED DISPATCH. If you don't make money it's because you don't want to work.

Cons

Not much to be negative about, could stay small but need to grow I guess. Some growing pains but nothing serious.
