Good company nice people no forced dispatch. I've been driving for more 20 years every company has there share of BS. This company has less and they are not going to tell you what you want to hear to get you onboard.

Pros

Late model mostly Volvo fleet, well maintained trailers.

Cons

Most obtain hazmat endorsement, they like it more if you have a passport for Canada. Trucks run 65 and 70, depending of fuel mileage. Problem with that is you 2 trips in the mountains with a heavy load no fuel bonus.

All companies have there share of BS, but H&M Trucking has less. The orientation class was small and only 2 days. No smoke and mirrors with this company, I've been with them 3 years.

Pros

New well maintained equipment, the pay for washes twice a month.
