Worst job I have had.in the container division they will take 500 out of your check when you start. They will tell you that you will get it back but don't believe that.did not get mine back.the pay is low but they will cut your already low pay as a punishment for something they say you did.they right you up and will give you a fine if the GPS on the truck says your speeding. They have a person that sits and watches the cameras to try to catch you doing something so they can cut your already low pay.they have what seems like a lot of fatality accidents for a company there size.just google them and it will show you some of them. They are greedy taking money from there drivers and one day it will come back on them. They really don't care about there drivers. Wish I had never went to work there. My advice is to NOT work for them.
Pros
Home on weekends for your restart
Cons
Low pay, cut your pay, gps speeding fines

I drive their dedicated Wisconsin based tanker account and have been with them about 6 months. This is also my first tanker job. So far I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Those started when I went to Georgia (where they are headquartered) for orientation. They paid for a flight there and back, provided good lodging, had a meal stipend, and use of a company pickup the entire time I was there (which may or may not apply to those local to their terminals).
They are also very family oriented. I had some issues surrounding the birth of my son and they basically told me do what I had to do. They worked with me so I could remain part time and approved an early payout of my hiring bonus to help with the bills. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Beyond my personal experience, they offered a decent guaranteed minimum pay, training was good, they have well maintained equipment, the southern charm is strong in their staff, my account has sleeper trucks for the occasional overnight run, and everyone is more than willing to help out. My account is also unique in that we are not micromanaged or dispatched on a set time. As long as the load makes it on time, they don't care much on when you start your day or how you run.
About the only downsides would be the trucks have cameras on them, and they use auto-shift transmissions. Even with those personal preferences aside, I'm very happy to be driving for them.
Pros
Family oriented, schedules, small company feel
Cons
Truck cameras and auto-shift transmissions
