I was an owner-operator on wakefern dedicated account, newark location.. Probably thee highest turnover rate out of all of them. Dispatch are a bunch of assclowns especially overnite dispatch.. Alot of favoritism an attempts to get under your skin.. Whatever wakefern says goes, you cant be a prick back at dispatch or else they will play victim.. Everything you do to counter the idiot attempts will be used against you.. JED TRUCKING is not on your side not even one bit... Fake veil thats used to make it seem like JED TRUCKING has your back is all a disguise to keep you from leaving on your own will.. This disguise allows time for JED TRUCKING&WAKEFERN aka shoprite to manipulate you through shoprite&pricerite stores.. Random events blown out of proportion, to making it seem like your the problem not the store.. Alot of transparency in everything they use in an attempt to make you quit... Dispatch will mock everything to add more fuel to the fire... Really attempt to intimidate you here.. Only ones there fooling are themselves

union job but refuses to recognize seniority, dispatch favoritism, dispatchers are idiots, more worried about fulfilling contract over driver safety in bad weather, when roads are closed they try to force u out and if u dont go they 'punish' u by dispatchin u to longer days with less miles as they pay by the mile, if ur out on road and family emergency comes up they basically force u to chose job over family ... and ur NOT home everyday !!!!!
