After I got hurt on the job a year ago. Gotten a hernia on job. There 3rd Party doctors keeped saying a groin strain. They didn't want say it. Upon back at Birmingham AL. A actual real hernia surgeon told me that's a hernia. The surgery was robotic $10k and then 3 months of workmans comp maybe $20k or more. Came back instantly noticed the JLE Family image faded. Had a few DM trying make it very hard on me. Eversince. Justine, Joe S, etc. All comp driver. Then back to LP. Told how wonderful it was and drank the JLE Kool Aide. Hauled there offered loads. This began in Jan 21. I ran my butt off and made just enough $$. Pay for trk etc. $1625 all trk stuff every week. . Then $1k around for fuel. Constantly making $48, $100, $1200, $500, $300 times 3. Can show Settlement sheets. Well a few weeks ago. I get a message from my step bro saying my mom had another stroke possibly. Keeped Tony DM the in loop. Come back on Tuesday. Tony says NO. Nothing was ever said about my mother or her health. They are not family at all. Was told get another ###### load or guess what. Make up your own mind I have been there for almost 2yrs. Good luck. Bob H is a company man n back stabber

Great company, treated me like family since I started. Maintenance has taken care of my equipment and gave me the tools to do my job out on the road.

Joined up with JLE in Jan of this year, been great so far. Recruiters gave it to me straight up front, seems like a good group of people at the terminal and my DM has been easy to work with. Flatbedding isn't for everyone, but if you can do it, this one is as good as any out there.

Pros

Good freight, preplanning seems to be fairly consistent. Equipment is new and well maintained.

Cons

Haven't run into them yet.

Will promise you everything. Do not work for them if you need a paycheck. They say you are family this is not true. They get their pay and that's all they worry about. Management does not care what your needs are. If you do lease purchase they make sure you make enough to cover payments to them and not much more. Will take all payments made into matinence security deposit and securement. Charge you 2000 to pick up truck because they put you in the poor house and you can't afford to take truck back.

Pros

None

Cons

No loads no freight. Tell you anything to keep you in truck.
