This company has treated me well since the initial phone call. Recruiter has been honest and upfront, not very common these days. I have over 20 yrs of driving exp and JRV has been the best company I've ever worked for. Dispatchers are incredible friendly and people are friendly and helpful. They truly do care about your success not just theirs or companies. I recommend them to any driver that wants to work and get paid well.

Pros

Dispatchers are on their ball game to get me moving. Professional attitudes from everyone. Free eld and fuel card with discounts.

Good people to work with. I book my own loads and drive, they take care of the rest. Online orientation and pretty quick sign on process.

Good company to lease on. Owner and his staff is friendly and helpful. I chose to run with their dispatcher and so far it’s been good. They got new trailers, keeptruckin elds. Owner was a driver himself, easy to get a long, everyone on the same page. Recommend these guys

Came to JRV because my friend works here so I though I'd give em a shot. Steady checks and good trailers. Got their trailer, plates, eld. Plates were done in the very first day at the office. Like their fuel discount program dont think you can get any better than what they offer. I go out 3 weeks and home for a week with no problems. Owner is helpful and a nice guy, so is his staff.
