A bit old-fashioned. Great long-term customers. Home time has improved and they try to work with ya. Just like anything, there is give and take. The opportunity to make money is here, you do have to work. Bonus program is real and a perk. Communication is big, the better you communicate the smoother things go. For the most part they give you the load and let you do your thing. Trucks are well taken care of and mechanics work with you to keep you running.

Pros

Long term customers All Peterbilt - 18 speeds Weekly pay Home every other weekend or so - sometimes more often pending where you live Bonus Program

Cons

Communicate often

Nice equipment to drive... mechanics are somewhat educated... dispatchers are complete airheads and treat you like a child. Don't ask about pay because they'll chew you out.

Pros

They have great trucks to drive.

Cons

They have their favourite drivers. You can bust your butt, and they still give you crappy runs. Don't ask dispatch about what the load pays because they'll tell at you for thinking you're an owner operator. They don't pay you your first 100 miles of deadhead, then $0.30 / dh mile thereafter. Most loads are a flat rate. Per diem: they tell you they'll pay you $50/day you're under a load. That's a good one! It's a tax write-off for them.

Do you not believe what they tell you !!! You will literally have to be gone all the time 13,000 + miles a month to make low 60s..... very very clicky !!! Lots and lots of too faced snitches !!! If you’re not from there, you’re just an outsider. Absolute garbage insurance. Stay away, look elsewhere !!!

Pros

There isn’t any for the drive

Cons

Not enough words to describe.

I loved working for them, only reason I left was to make the wife happy. I love a company that provides great equipment and easy loads.Anyone that can't get along with Dave, Steve, and Scott just is not trying hard enough. Even the women that work there are as professional as can be. Actually I hope to go back to work there in the future. My wife knows that I miss otr. I will be calling when I'm ready, need to get a couple of things in line first and start over with KTT. Soultrain

Pros

Great equipment and great people to work for.

Cons

Should expand into reefer division.

Simply I horrible company to work for they have run illegal in every respect ever since the day they open a can use to today hours are irrelevant you will get there when they tell you to know bottle watch they play games with their drivers they lie to miss legal they treated like little children literally like they were their own kids have a lecture them without any mercy over Guinea think that they don't agree with it has to be one of the most illegal rug and on ethical operations in the trucking industry today nationwide they have great equipment and the money can be very lucrative the amount of stress placed on every driver everyday is just simply not worth it they are really awful lunch to work for their safety director is absolutely worth what he does not know what's the meaning of safety is he is nothing but AFC and a yes man for the higher For higher management they run as the legal laws speed weight rules hours of operation are irrelevant you will get the load no matter what it is to delivery what they tell you to you regard the 7 they honestly expect the average driver to drive 14 to 18 hours out of every 24 hour. Without exception they you to do so will get you a lecture like you were a little child has to be one of the worst companies to work for in the tart nation do not be misled their equipment looks nice although it's more of an allusion than anything else

Pros

One of the most illegal and unethical run companies in the nation

Cons

If you on do not care about any law rule or regulation of love to be lectured like you were a six-year-old child the rats the company for you
