The opportunity to make money is here, you do have to work. Bonus program is real and a perk. Communication is big, the better you communicate the smoother things go. For the most part they give you the load and let you do your thing. Trucks are well taken care of and mechanics work with you to keep you running.

Nice equipment to drive... mechanics are somewhat educated... dispatchers are complete airheads and treat you like a child. Don't ask about pay because they'll chew you out.

Do you not believe what they tell you !!! You will literally have to be gone all the time 13,000 + miles a month to make low 60s..... very very clicky !!! Lots and lots of too faced snitches !!! If you’re not from there, you’re just an outsider. Absolute garbage insurance. Stay away, look elsewhere !!!

I loved working for them, only reason I left was to make the wife happy. I love a company that provides great equipment and easy loads.Anyone that can't get along with Dave, Steve, and Scott just is not trying hard enough. Even the women that work there are as professional as can be. Actually I hope to go back to work there in the future. My wife knows that I miss otr.
