Wonderful, friendly company. New equipment, home when you want to go home! Weekly pay, loads are refrigerated, lots of drop and hooks

We love working for this family oriented company. We get plenty of miles and the home time we want or need. No muss, no fuss with new/newer trucks that are well maintained and full of the comforts of home.

The only issue has been that we miss out on driver lunches, lol

Overall this is a good company. As with all companys there are good and bad qualities. I think there are more pros than cons. We get as many or as few miles as we want. We are not a hard team to please so this is a good company to us.

Pros

They don't micro manage you. They have good benefits.

Cons

Communication is sometimes lacking but I am big on communication so that might be my bad.

I have been with Kennesaw for almost 4 years. It is by far the best company i have worked for. From the recruiting to dispatchers to saftey to the front office people they all are friendly and helpful. Planning this to be my last job i have.

I see that we have office staff pretending to be drivers on here. We recognize the writing styles from the QC messages. I have worked for worse.

Freight lanes are often long runs
