Been here almost a year. I have had a good experience and the 2 people I know who haven't aren't really doing their job, so there's that. They treat me right and while they're doing their jobs, they expect me to do mine. It keeps me on my toes and running, making that money.

Home time can be a bit of a challenge . long dead head miles for low paying loads. Biggest problem is no transparency of what the load really pays. They are brokering the load thru there brokerage company to skim the rate then the load goes to dispatch then you get what's left. I've seen the rate from the customer directly and by the time the driver get paid on the load its cut in half or more. Also if you ask the rate of the load they say(we dont know yet)

Only problem I've had is getting home on time on a couple occasions. Sometimes have to take low paying loads to get to areas with high paying loads, but anyone with any independent experience knows and expects this. Empty miles can be a bit long when in cali or Florida, but again, its expected. Once proven to be reliable, I frequently get a load or 2 booked in advance so constantly moving.

First of all the safety and performance bonuses they advertise is a lie! They do not get you home on time! Lots of sitting time! Low paying loads.. they make you sit sometimes 3 days in a row and they say they’ll compensate you and they don’t! They skim from your checks almost weekly! Could not make enough money working there to provide for my family!
