Laid back company. You set your own pace (within reason) home time is great. Trucks don't shut down. No fighting optimized idol.

Good equipment mom and pop operation. Most outbound loads are preloaded. Assigned trucks

In office communications needs drastic improvement.

Great people to work for. The equipment is excellent and the maintenance staff are top notch. Dispatch gives ya great miles per week. I highly recommend this company. They know you by name not employee number. Like family.

Great company to work for. Very reasonable home time. 401k and health insurance available. 44 loaded/37 empty pay. They also offer fuel and mileage bonuses. The equipment is very nice. I would recommend this company.

i can say shelman yall are very nice aplus my book 7yrs but bridgett and josh loyd is whey im not there anymore yall should own up to it robert copeland just ask them me spreading rumors thats not true

.41 loaded .34 empty 1st load out empty miles no pay. I don't want to dig the company but other than one week vacation there is really nothing else.

Pros

They are relaxed about the home time.

Cons

There is not really any incentives for driver retention .
