Legend is a company that I would stay away from .... So far the safety record doesn’t seem. So far the safety record doesn’t seem too bad but it will get bad. They start off treating you bad from the moment you were there many drivers are attracted to legend because managers that wrote the reviews give them high marks drivers that drive there don’t want to work there. This can be a tough business at times ... The people in personnel act like jerks and they’re vindictive.

Pros

Legend is rude very good about pot paying regularly even though paychecks are low

Cons

Human resources are jerks. You will sit around doing nothing for several days at a time. They claim they have lots of benefits but they don’t. I’m going to quit when I find another job

Pros

First month is good to hook ya like a big fish.

Don't bother with these people. I know a couple of guys who worked there and their stories pretty much match the OP. I know both drivers well and they're not prone to making up a bunch of bs or feeling sorry for themselves. If we had openings I'd hire both of them.

If you're part of the owner's ethnic group you might make out alright. If you're not you'll find that exclusivity games are constant.

They haul cheap freight, constantly under-bid other companies, promise their customers impossible delivery dates...and then expect the drivers to work miracles. Stay away.

This company is the worst company I ever worked. Truckers work hard to earn every cent and there is no reason to steal from there paycheck. The dispatchers on other hand never gives you loads on time. Sometimes you get a load, but the company runs out empty trailers so you are hunting to catch empty trailers before your own company drivers. Lack of communication in the office and not punctual at all. I mean there is efficient way to run a company rather than just brute strength. Save your self some headache and work for some other companies.
