A Truck is a tool to do the job mine works fine 250,000 miles now less when I got it. I do less than I would like miles wise but Im still getting used to their shippers,etc. The maitainance guys had me in and out of the shop within good time frame. It was a rough start for me due to personal reasons that have since resolved. It is what you make of it no one company is going to check all the boxes these days but they've done ok by me so far.

Pros

I get paid, they hold back a week.

Cons

Takes time to shift from major carrier to small carrier.

the management garbage had one of there drivers peeing on the fuel pumps utter disgrace. maybe was an isolated area but hours are bad only plus is if your an owner op

300-500 mile trips over 2-3 days that can't be delivered early. Sit way too much. Office personnel and dispatchers located in high rise office building in Downtown St Louis. Management seems disconnected. Company mostly run by non-trucking people.

Driven for LTI for about 6 years and am a big fan. Every company has their problems from time to time, but LTI always treats the driver well (and like family). Miles are good, but depend on which fleet. Pay per mile is pretty high. The company has a pretty strong family feel: you'll meet the CEO and all the managers & departments. They drive mainly throughout the midwest. Some east coast stuff, some South,

Consistently show appreciation and respect toward drivers. Good pay per mile, and good % pay for Owner Ops Pet Friendly Personal Fleet managers

Cons

They got rid of Guarantee Pay They don't drive in the West Some fleets don't get great miles
