For starters there is a BIG lack of communication between dispatch and safety. Also the ELD is new and JUNK. They had Peoplenet and switched to a new and cheaper company. Plus added cameras and CMS which we all know doesn't work like it is suppose to. Pay is .04 cents lower than other companies. Can only fuel at Loves.

Pros

Home most weekends but with the option to stay out two weeks

Good equipment, home time they could pay reefer haulers a little more, but overall it's a good company to work for just wish there communication was better

Great company to start and get your experience up. Trucks are newer with refrigerator, apu, Tri-pac so you don’t have to idle. And all free sirus xm radio. Good miles if you wanna run. Home every weekend.

Pros

Hometime, trucks, and dispatch.

Cons

Trailers are older and it’s about 900 bring home a week sometimes better if you stay out.

Equipment breaks down, Company doesnt listen to you when the problem causes an accident. No brakes on a trailer isnt good. Truck breaking down on Mexican border is not good.

Pros

Spouse can ride.

Cons

Not the best newer equipment. Truck had previously been wrecked and then put back on the road as newer equipment.
