Sorry, I spotted this late: like Stew mentioned it's piece work... and shift work. Which isn't bad for local work. You put in a lot of hours though and experience down time on occasions (known as "field waits"). Friend of mine worked for them. Said take was 600-800/wk. And yes, knowing some spanish helps.

Last I checked you get paid by the load, but forgot how much that was though. Crappy working conditions, and hope you speak Spanish.

They will run your rear off! Keep in mind it is strictly seasonal, and as the low man on the totem pole, you will be night shift after training.
