Ratings and Reviews

Small company with planned loads that are tight and impossible to make for those who are not trying to burn themselves out in six months.

Pros

It’s a trucking company that preaches one thing and does another

Cons

Would rethink being hired there are better companies out there.

Been with PTI 2 years and have found them to be driver friendly. They get you home on time and will bend over backwards to get your truck repaired when down. Pay is ok but some weeks I’ll have low miles with average of 2200. I run 5/2 now but have run 12/2 Program. Everyone is polite and helpful.

Pros

Consistent home time, quick response to issues, good equipment

Cons

Low pay, limit on detention of 8 hours per 24 and you get held up often at GP shipping beyond that.

Just finished my first week so far not bad at all Home time is not great but they tell u about it from the beginning they tell u it’s 5.5 to 8 days out then 34 hours home and it’s actually 34 hours not tow days because it’s the only way to make the money the promise u Another thing I been there for only a week and already been offered different opportunity ( Yeard driver home everyday )

Pros

Nice stuff specially here in Jacksonville Florida

Cons

I think delivering to clubs

After 4 years I was fired. I was in Green bay & live in St. Louis. I took a bus and what I could carry home. 2 weeks later I got notified that my stuff arrived at the local terminal. None of my bedding, hand tools or other personal items were there. This was after they called the police on me reporting that I had a gun. Avoid this company! My negatives far outweigh the benefits.

Pros

Home weekends but use OTR drivers for local runs .

Cons

Absolutely Inhuman treatment at seperation.

Paper transport

Paper transport is a nother company that takes a lot of advantage of their drivers they set up your dock times during your 10 hour break they don't care if you have slept or not driving for them led me to a heart attack from driving two days or so with no sleep causing my stress levels to go up most companies are like this all they care about is the money people need to stay clear of trucks because you don't know if they've had any sleep or not

I worked 2 weeks with them and they run the hell out of you. Expect you to unload or load on your 10 hour break. And they want you to work 16 hour days everyday. Was told id be home for weekends. Get home on saturday at noon. You better be leaving at noon on sunday. No time at home. Great trucks and good money but will run you to death. Thats why they have a big turnover.

Recruiter in Green bay Wisconsin will promise you everything and deliver on nothing.Went to their orientation in Jacksonville,Florida only to find out there's no equipment available.Lynn in the office greeted me with a real attitude and tells me the exact opposite of what my recruiter told me.I'm savvy to this old game and decided to walk away from this offer.
