Great company to work for! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting Tow Away or a Driveaway position. Absolutely great!

Pros

Non Forced Dispatch

Cons

Pinnacle Driveaway in Tennessee does a good job of getting you runs to make a decent pay. Of coarse you have to work it out and decide what run is profitable to you. Michael is excellent at managing that location. And Derrick does his best.

Pros

There is no forced dispatch and if you like to travel, you will enjoy it. Some runs pay decent but you have to watch your pennies.

Cons

Fluctuations in pay can be trying and the cost of transportation to and from your drop off can be costly. And the long bus rides on greyhound is difficult at times. CDL class A driver pay is low at times.

I been driving for pinnacle for nearly a year. They got great dispatchers and keep you busy as much as you want to work. The work is there if you want to do it and they keep you going. You have to balance out your home time but when you bring the cash to feed your family its worth it. I like working here.

Pros

Stay busy and its non forced. Work when you want to.

Cons

Not many really. Pay could be a little better but other than that your good.

I've had the pleasure of working with Pinnacle for several years now and it has been great. The work is fun if you like to travel and the money is awesome if you know how to do the job correctly. Most of the negative reviews you'll read here will be from drivers who are not the sharpest tools in the shed when it comes to budgeting out the expenses and following the training we're given correctly. The company offers amazing training to show you how to make the biggest bang for your buck but some drivers, like in other areas of their lives, just dont have what it takes. Dont let their comments discourage you, Pinnacle is one of the best companies out there and I'm proud not only to be a longtime driver but also a trainer for the company.

Pros

Great management, Great Dispatch, Great Training, Great Hours/Schedule

Cons

While they are really great the pay is not as high as other companies; but it balances out because they get more work then most and have locations all over the US which allows you to make connecting trips and stay on the road. I would say that their pay is above average when compared to a lot of companies but not as high as the other driveaways who compete head to head with them.
