Check was always short. No detention pay. Lots of mistakes with warehouse misleading trailers costing the driver extra time for which there was no compensation. Driver managers try to force runs. CEO does not care about his drivers at all. Management was horrible here.

Pros

Independent once you leave the yard. Just you and the truck with only a call once in a while.

Cons

Short checks every two weeks. Poor benefit package. Management that doesn’t communicate well with drivers and seem to have an us against them attitude toward drivers.
