I have been driving since 1976, This is one of the best companies I have worked for, We are a private dedicated carrier for a major manufacturer, The pay is good, The equipment is good, The benefits are good, The runs are good, Management is good, we are home every other day and weekends off, most trips are 350-400 miles out and back I'm running 2000-2500 a week, 50% are drop & hook, Is every day great NO, we have the same problems with shippers (back hauls) and receivers (delays at docks).
Pros
Good pay, Good equipment , tractors (replaced every 6 years) & trailers are 6 years of less, Good benefits , Good Management
