Unsafe company. No supervision or management at de terminal. People have to quit to get raises because they get scared. No fresh air tanks to work on railcars with 4 loads of sulfur full of H2S. Terminal manager in Illinois is clueless. Its a free for all. Meaning coworkers do what they want when they want with no ramifications even if it effects you and your safety
Pros
It is local work. Thats it. Its a stepping stone to better opportunities
Cons
No rules. No supervision. Good for some but not thise who care. Work with low class people who have no idea and knowledge. But think they do
