No benefits. No insurance. Sub standard pay. This company leases it's trucks out to another company. This is a hobby for the owner, not a real business. Don't be fooled by the weekly guaranteed salary. You are paid based on a 60 hour work week. The reality is that you'll work closer to 75 hrs per week.

Pros

Nice newer trucks. Parent company is a solid reputable firm.

Cons

7 trucks in this fleet. 3 of which are currently sitting idle in a small area he rents in a Commerce city yard. The driver retention rate here is abysmal. Poor people skills and lack of respect for his drivers are the root issue here.
