new nice trucks. all peterbilt. some automatic. very well maintained. i’m home weekly but many drivers are more local and home more. I like the pay here it’s more than just per mile. i think the average pay for drivers was 67,000 last year. LTL can suck at times but you make more money everyone is nice and easy to talk to. i really can’t complain!

Pros

nice trucks, nice co workers, good pay, paid vacation and great benefits

Cons

sometimes dock delays at customers suck and then i run out of hours to finish on time and it gets stressful but everyone seems to try and work together. often we have unexpected weeks because of drivers quitting that don’t like LTL i guess but again you make more with LTL
