Extremely poor management. They should sale cars instead handling loads. They're all lying in that company. They call them self dispatchers but in reality they are no more then low level garbage.

TQL pays cheap rates and loaded miles advertised always less than actual so this was my breaking point with this company. Pull a blind load shipper put seals on the got to deliver receiver claims 5 boxes short TQL Deduct the cost for the shortage from rate which I think is ridiculous driver have not access to loading trailer which was sealed. When asked why they said that the driver should count what's going in trailer even though all pallets were shrink wrap .Stop robbing carriers that work hard to take your freight safely. ????????

Never again working for Total Quality Logistics. 5 1/2 hours detention denied. Went to first guard shack, waited in line to be told to go to 2nd guard shack. Waited in line there to be told to wait some more.. Sent in detention and was denied due to checking in at 9:07 for 9:00 appointment. Had phone # for warehouse owner, called and told him, he was surprised, not getting detention. Told him he would probably be bill for detention. He has my number
