I don't say this often, but this is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. If you choose to still come here make sure you have money saved up and your finances in order. Generally orientation is one day, you will be assigned a truck the same day. But you will not see it for a week. They will tell you it's being detailed but really they are making you wait passed the cut off to turn in loads so that you start in the hole. The hotel you stay in is 4 miles walking distance from town. They provide lunch and $10 food vouchers to an expensive restaurant located to the side of the hotel for dinner.

Pros

• Beautiful long hood Pete's and W9's • Company favors teams • Freight is consistent

Cons

Too many to list: • Your first settlement will be three weeks out •They don't believe in drivers getting advances • Trucks are only beautiful to look at but have no balls and are governed at 66 • Constant lying, almost as if it's encouraged

Came back after a previous run with them to lease as a team. So far dispatch is religiously putting 10k+ on the truck every week. Hometime has been weekly. After a couple weeks of a rough start things do tend to get better. If you run hard the sky is the limit. My advice for O/O is to try and get a team driver it will definitely benefit you along with increase your revenue.... also stay away from the 82% it will break you. 80% will keep you aware of what your payment is every week so that by the end of it you just add fuel and subtract the truck and fuel from your gross wont have any confusion about what you earned.

Pros

Dispatch will keep you running especially F6

Cons

Some miscommunication between fleets and customer service.

During Covid and this Virus a more accurate review can only be complete after the curve has flattened. Earnings have a peak curve and lanes are there if you want to drive and do miles.

Pros

Great Near Brand New Trucks. Earnings. Lease Purchase New Options Fleet Choice Loves Prefferred

Cons

Pandemic Slightly Effecting Work Rate Competition Loads Only 2 terminals
