I worked there for 9 months. I went through chain of command until I got to the owner(Matt husband to owner) to NO help at all. The dispatch and people (never driven) in office , no experience, extremely poor management. Safety guy used to be a police officer, he has NO clue what he is doing. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT A DRIVER. Pay per week no lie, $132.00 to $600. Was i available, stayed out 6 to 14 weeks. I still set 2 to 3 days per week. Over 250 trucks were abandoned in 2020. Ins agent said they do not have reasons or major medical. You can go to emergency room, but you'll pay most of the bill. Listen to many drivers that has been there, DONT WASTE YOU TIME, YOULL BE SORRY.

Pros

Good equipment, thats it !

Cons

Everything, seriously its BAD

I was a driver for Tribe Express in July 2020. I only worked there for about a month. I went on home time and had my truck break down twice (A/C quit working). So when I was set to come back from home time (Memorial Day, a Monday) the load was not loaded by the shipper do to them bring closed. I was told to get my truck from the dealership and sit in my truck (not getting paid) and wait at the shipper for over 13 hours until my load was ready. I said I was going to go pick up the truck and be at the shipper by 7:30/8:00 pm (load was ready at 9:30pm). I was told no the owner wants you to sit in the truck “in case the load is ready early”. I tried giving them 2 weeks notice but they made me run that load and gave me a load back to Georgia where I turned in my keys and they gave me a greyhound bus ride back home. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

Pros

Trucks 68-70 mph

Cons

Inward dash cameras if you don’t like that. Tough agility’s test.

Broker company, drivers haul the leftovers. Low miles and pay. I worked there for 1 year and never got a gross check over $1000. There were a few loads and bonuses I never got paid for. I could never recommend any driver to this company.

Pros

Good equipment

Cons

Too many to list. Check my google review.

New Trucks however Driver turn around is VERY HIGH. The YOUNG dispatcher staff show no Respect for driver safety. They will run you until you're STRESSED OUT or get a DOT Violation then TERMINATE you. They show Favoritism to local drivers.Home time is a joke for out of state drivers.Starting pay is below what they require of you. Loads are mostly late picking up but they require you to make up for late time or swap out with another driver
