Best Company ever - I am never competing with Company drivers like at my old company. I am paid every Friday it is in my account no fighting for my paycheck like at my old company. I am home more than I have ever been and making more money - what is not to like? I would recommend coming over to this company. The office is always friendly and helpful. Jean is always there.

Pros

They do not over hire Owner Operators - Owner Ops and freight is a great balance so you always have freight

I have nothing bad to report about US 1 Logistics they are truly a fantastic company to work for.

I recommend this company. Home time is great - it is exactly what I want. I can pick and choose where I go and do my own dispatch. I get a balanced life with work and home time. Jean is great call her and she will help you like she did for me. Keep Trucking elog is easy to use

I feel I have a home with this company. Jean was there from the beginning and I have been on for over a year and I call her or Jake or David and they always answer and address my concerns/needs.

Jean is a bold faced liar! This company is complete crap! They will hound you into driving out to Chicago for orientation but before you do, you gotta pick up a reefer that rents for $425 a week. I smelled a scam and jumped ship quickly!

Drivers beware. They're not an actual trucking company they're a truck brokers. None of them have ever driven nor owned a truck. What money you do make will be consumed in fees. The trailer rental is ridiculous, and the trailers are crappie and poorly maintained. David and Billie are the so called dispatchers and both are very hot headed. Dont believe a thing Jean says, she will tell you what you want to hear, not the truth.
