Great company that takes care of drivers first. Keep you running when you want with balance in home time.

Pros

Orientation was nice. Very professional. Equipment is good, but VTC needs to understand that good equipment is not going to stop drivers from leaving the company. Nice equipment only goes so far and it takes a total package to keep good car haulers on board. Advertised pay package is false. If you wanna be away from home, sleeping in a truck and running $66.00 loads, this may be for you. No professional car hauler should be running a 9 car stinger at $66.00 a load. Dispatchers keep you waiting all day for loads. You may get something after you burn half your hours. I was very disappointed with my experience at VTC.

Pros

Good benefits

Cons

$66.00 load pay

Have been here going on 3 months. Pay has been great. The equipment is top notch! Home time is ok since I live just outside of Baltimore. I usually run South and then grab a load going N. East. If you're afraid of Long Island or the N.E. probably not for you. But there are drivers that don't go there but they are few.

Pros

Equipment and pay are great. Support has been great.

Cons

Northeast for some is a problem but I don't have an issue the pay makes up for it.
