Great company to work for. Wish I would of went there 15 years ago like I wanted to, but talked myself out of and stayed where I was. I regret staying there everyday, paycheck is a big reason why.

This company is an amazing place to work for. When you walk into the office, the dispatchers and safety personnel look you in the eye, say hello, and greet you by name! Not many people do that these day in post modern 2019. The trucks are always fresh; older equipment is phased out after 500,000 miles, so you won't be in an older rig after a few years. The management truly care about their employees, which shows, since there are a number of drivers here that have been trucking for 3+ decades! If you are interested, swing by and talk to the hiring manager; and if you find satisfactory results, fill out an application on their website at www.waynetransports.com, you won't regret it! There are also plenty of job opportunities available in several different divisions: Petroleum, Liquid Asphalt, Dry Bulk Commodities, Chemical, and Liquid Sugar. If you don't find that a division doesn't work for you, just ask to be transferred to another, no sweat! (Obviously you'd need to be trained in, and get the necessary qualifications) Anyway, this is my honest review of Wayne Transports.

Pros

Friendly Dispatchers, down-to-earth Owners, and fresh, clean equipment. Excellent Safety Department, PTO, healthy office environment, nice shop and good mechanics.

Cons

I have to commute 24 miles one way; but that's how much this company is worth it.

Very friendly and a great place to work. Family owned and operated with great earnings. I strongly recommend this company to all drivers with over 2 yrs experience. They will train you if you've never pulled tanker. I'm glad I worked there. Great Equipment!!

Pros

Not enough equipment for driver demand

WAYNE TRANSPORTS is probably a good job...nice, well-maintained equipment...a few different divisions of bulk work...AND they don't seem to advertise anywhere except for on their website.
