Growing company with great upside if they can get it together. As for now everyone seems to be looking out for self. No accountability from drivers, sales people, management, and guys loading trailers. As long as there are no complaints from customers no one seem to care. Everyone just passes the blame to the other. Pretty much the same with about any company I suppose, just frustrating when you try to do right by a company and their customers it goes unnoticed until there's a problem. I guess I should be happy when I don't hear from anyone...lol! Keep a low profile and not make any extra efforts seem to be the way to go here. Note to self.

Pros

Company growing and has been around for a long time. I think they want to be a great /elite company, just not sure if they know how to go about doing it. If you need a job, this is a good place to start and gain more experience as a driver.

Cons

Without proper infrastructure and accountability, things can go real south in a hurry. Just a lot of last second decisions being made and everyone not on the same page. Can be very frustrating at times.
