Some of the trucks are very old and some of them are Raggedy and filthy on the inside certain drivers are getting new trucks versus drivers that have been here a few years

Pros

Great home time and miles

Cons

Need new trucks and real professional certified mechanics

I’ve never worked anywhere else so I can’t compare to other company’s. But they treat me really good. They really care about the drivers and it shows as they put drivers at the top of the list.

Pros

Great dispatcher that never forced anything on me. Sad to say but since MR Wiley died RIP. The company has been making big improvements that benefit the drivers and equipment. I really like it here and feel like they treat us good as drivers.

Cons

Pay is not the lowest but not the highest either. They just gave us a raise but it’s still less than most others.

I have no problem with Wiley Sanders. The only minor drawback is you start out at 40 cents per mile if you're new to trucking. Like most drivers I would like more money.

Pros

Great miles. concerned dispatchers, Well maintained trucks and trailers. Great driver facilities.

Cons

Pay seems a little low.

From June 2000 till July 8th, 2009, I've along with my then wife drove for WSTL and enjoyed driving for them. Even after I was diagnosed with severe neuropathy, they wanted me to come back to work for them. The Doctors wouldn't let me. Excellent company and excellent staff

Pros

When I needed to get home, they got me home. When a family emergency came up, they got me home ASAP. When I got into any accident, they wanted to know if we were okay, etc before I gave my reports. When my truck needed fixing, they did whatever is necessary to get it fix then or at the yard.

Cons

I have absolutely no complaints

Wiley Sanders

Heard a Wiley Sanders Driver/Recruiter talk today and really liked how he said it was there, but was wondering if anyone else had thoughts.

He said that Wiley Sanders has no Idle Policy so you can idle your truck anytime while asleep and what not, said that their trucks are governed at 72, that they have no charge for Riders, and no charge for pets, just that you replaced anything that was torn up.

He also said that they don't force you to stay out and don't whine about you being home, that you choose when and how long you'll be home.

I havent seen the bottom of the toilet yet! Wiley Sanders Truck Lines

1. No raise in 8 yrs. And only God know when there will be

2. HI for family 672.00 a month

3. No pay for anything other than miles. .33 to top .36

4. Trucks avg. age is 9 to 16 years old. Breaks down on regular basis. Trl. 10 to 20 years

5. Miles suck.

6. DOT safety score 88 which I was told by GA DOT, that was Bad .

7. Shop is incompetent, and hardly fixes anything you write up.

8. All the lies you can stand from people who treat you as if you were scum.

9. Benefits of any kind Yea right!!!

10. Will never get you home when you need to be there.. So that thing called life, dont worry about that, youll be sitting somewhere or moveing to insure the rest of the country has a life, because you will have no life.

So, if you think some of the Companys listed here in this forum are Bad, all I can say is well maybe.

But the worce is by far none of these, try Wiley Sanders Truck Lines.

You havent seen anything yet. Call if you want to drive for the best! Yea, at trying to be the most screwed up Trucking Company in the Nation for folks who cant drive anywhere else..
