The only thing good about this company is home weekends other than that they have the worst equipment and the dispatcher sucks! Made me run on bad trailer tires super singles Showing the steel Took them three months to change out the tires this company has the worst maintenance program I’ve ever seen in my 30 years of driving! This company is a big joke I made a big huge mistake by ever coming to work here they don’t care about the drivers needs they don’t want you in the office they only talk to you on the phone when they have something to say and you’re completely ignored if you call them or text them . Think twice and get all the facts before you come to work for this company. Slow 64 mph trucks everyone passing you and getting mad at you for driving too slow also very low horsepower 20 mph trying to make it up and over the hills with a load and always getting stuck because of super single tires and the tarps on the trailers are torn and need replaced and they never ever would replace mine. I have so much more negatives to say about this company but not enough space here to add it all. So all I have to say is don’t attempt to even drive for this company.

Pros

Home weekends

Cons

Crappy trucks/trailers and slowest trucks on the road 64 mph absolutely no horsepower when your truck needs maintenance or work you can never get it into the shop unless you make an appointment therefore you have downtime and they do not pay Breakdown# pay and they will not get you a motel they will just leave you stranded at the Peterbilt shop like they did me. Super single tires that will not pass inspection as I got pulled over on the highway 44 for inspection by the Missouri highway patrol

Let me start by explaining why I give one star across the board. Because it doesn't seem possible to give a negative star rating. I may not have worked for this company for very long but it doesn't take very long to realize when you've been had. The only thing they did well was get me home every week I will give them that but when they hired me on they lied and told me that they could get me home possibly within the week because I drove right by my house every week. The pay sucks royally they will tell you that you have a guarantee they will tell you that you get a bonus. That bonus you will never see. I would run all the loads they wanted me to run all week long and it looked like I would make bonus and then come Thursday I get nothing but crap loads the next two days. They run you hard and they run your log book completely to the end of your hours of service so forget about getting a shower after you've sweated your nut sack off scraping and sweeping out coleslag out of the back of your trailer now you're expected to sleep in your bed with coleslag and sweat all over you Right there where you ran out of hours. These people will lie to you they will look you in the face and lie to you. They claim If you want better loads just ask and they will give them that is a lie I was in the office of their dispatcher manager every week begging for better loads every week same thing Good loads until the end of the week then you get crap loads. As far as maintenance goes oh you'll see that shop all right but they will want you to be up at the crack of dawn and be at a clay pit to pick up clay but you won't get your truck back even though you had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. Will not get you your truck back to go to sleep until midnight at best. their maintenance department sucks they do not work together as a team there is one team everybody work their butt off for the owner who has a million-dollar house and expects you to sleep on a nasty used mattress with nasty stains God knows who did what on won't even give you the opportunity to have a new mattress and when they don't like what you have to say and reviews on Google they block you. Brothers and sisters out there on the road my advice bypasses company you would be doing yourself a big favor.

In over 13 years of driving this is the most top notch company I have worked for. They keep my loaded and keep my bank account happy. Everyone in the office is always friendly and if it isn't in black and white it's not going to happen. A 100% no BS company.

Pros

Great Pay Great Equipment Great Hometime

Cons

Slow Trucks (65mph) Automatic Trans
