Pros
Treated with respect and dignity. Pay after every load. Freight availability outbound plenty of local freight in state. Great safety program with help if needed getting you back on the road.
Cons
A ton of sitting and deadheading without pay if you take a dispatch out of network. Preference to older drivers which is understandably right because they keep the company afloat.
Current Employee - Oct 4, 2018
Pros
No forced dispatch, pay soon has you empty
Cons
Do not have any cons at this time
Current Employee - Mar 3, 2018
Pros
Good with working with the drivers. Immediate settlements. Many options available to the o/o when leasing on.
Cons
Re-loads are pitiful. Inbound dispatchers don't bother with you until you are unloaded which usually means sitting for a day. They take care of o/o's that have been there a long time which means they get preference over loads and perks.
Current Employee - Jan 4, 2018
Pros
Don’t have to worry about getting paid
Cons
Sitting and waiting for load unless you are certain drivers
