Been here 9 months and Like It. I get 2000 - 2700 miles per week, good pay, good routes, the shop is top notch on keeping the tractors up, and hometime when I need it. Great Company to work for, and treated like Family.

I've been with ACT 9 years and counting. I personally love the way that they treat me as a person and not a number or warm body filling a seat. They show me respect and truly appreciate me as a driver. On the rare occasion that an issue arises they are by my side the whole way. Their equipment is top notch. It's well maintained and equipped to make me as a driver not only comfortable but safe and able to run more efficiently. I love the fact that I can also get in touch with an actual person day or night. The money and miles are great. The time that I get to spend with my family is phenomenal. To me they are truly the greatest thing that a person could ask for when it comes to a driving career. THANK YOU ACT

Pros

True open door policy (access to office/shop personnel all the way up to the owner/CEO. Treated with respect and honesty. Late model, well maintained equipment. Great miles and paycheck. Quality time with my family.

Cons

I honestly wish that I could think of at least one con but I can't at this time.

Excellent company. Did lease purchase. Great people to work for! Dispatcher was one if a kind. Great time. Good pay.. Good loads.. Never had any problems.

Came to American Central Transport (ACT) back in October of 2012 and have enjoyed every minute of it since. After about 5 months I decided to try their lease program after many positive feedback stories from drivers at ACT. Haven't looked back and enjoying my time here.
